Arctic & Tropical Showers

The Arctic & Tropical Showers are situated by the Steam Room, Sauna and Tropicarium.

Tropical can be used in preparation for the steamy heat of the various wet rooms... and to acclimatise you for a hearty session of sweating out toxins and improving your circulation. It's also ideal for warming you up after a swim... or gently cooling you down after using one of the hot rooms.

Whilst the Arctic Shower is designed to drench you in cold water, quickly returning your body temperature back to normal... and closing your pores at the end of your steam program.
