The Pool

Kept at a constant 30 degrees... the optimal temperature for your swimming workout.

The pool measures 16.2 meters long, and is 1.2 meters deep. Swimming aids are on hand from the poolside to help yourself. When you need to catch your breath, pool loungers are situated around the pool area to relax on after your workout.

Children are welcome in the pool when accompanied by an adult. Children's swimming times are Monday to Friday 9am to 12 noon, and 2pm to 6pm. On weekends children are welcome to use the pool anytime between 8am and 5pm.

Dressing gowns are available to hire for £5.00... and slippers for £1.50
