Tropicarium

The Tropicarium is a happy medium between the Sauna and Steam Room. It provides a wet, humid heat, which whilst not as hot as the Sauna or as wet as the Steam Room, will work your muscles, aid relaxation and help to sweat out toxins.

Therapeutic steam, mingled with the soothing essence of eucalyptus will aid your breathing and help you to make the most out of the experience.

Treatment received in the Tropicarium will increase blood flow around your body and contribute to the healthy working order of your circulation and immune system.
